Delete Your Account
You can ask us to delete your AYRIVA account and all associated data at any time. You do not need to install or open the Ayriva Kids app to make this request — the email route below is the one to use today, and it works on its own.
1. Request deletion by email
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before we proceed, to protect your data from unauthorised deletion requests. A person handles every request by hand; we do not send an automated confirmation.
2. Delete from inside the app
The Ayriva Kids app is not yet published on the Play Store or the App Store. Once it is released, you will also be able to delete your account without contacting us at all: Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm. Until then, use the email route above.
3. What gets deleted
When your request is completed, we permanently delete:
- Your account and login credentials (name, email, phone number)
- All child health records synced to your account — child profiles, dates of birth, growth measurements (weight, height, head circumference), and developmental milestone records
- Any Care Network sharing links and consents associated with your account
- Provider/Care Network application details submitted under your account, if any
Data that is stored only on your device (the app's offline records) is erased when you use in-app delete or uninstall the app.
4. What we may keep, and for how long
We keep only what we are legally required to keep. Where a limited record must be retained to comply with Nepali law, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud or abuse, we retain the minimum necessary and delete it once that obligation ends. Aggregated or anonymised information that can no longer identify you or your child may be retained.
5. How long it takes
We complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. Once the app is released, in-app deletion signs the account out straight away and the erasure runs behind it; residual backups are purged within the same window either way.
