1. About AYRIVA

AYRIVA is a preventive child healthcare platform developed and operated by AYRIVA (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Nepal. The platform comprises the Ayriva Kids mobile application, Ayriva OS, Ayriva Labs, and the Care Network (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any AYRIVA Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

3. Who May Use the Services

The Ayriva Kids application is intended for use by parents or legal guardians (“Parents”) on behalf of children aged 0–16 years. Doctors, clinics, laboratories, and hospitals (“Providers”) may join the Care Network by completing an application and receiving approval from AYRIVA.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose data you enter.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@ayriva.asia if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Health Data Disclaimer

The AYRIVA platform provides tools for tracking child growth and developmental milestones. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. AYRIVA growth charts and milestone indicators are reference tools only.

6. Data Sharing and Consent

Data about a child is owned by the Parent. Sharing a child's data with a Provider through the Care Network is always explicit and revocable. You may revoke access at any time from within the application. Providers may view shared data only for the duration of active consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Enter false or misleading health data
• Attempt to access another user's data without their consent
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Services

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and design elements of the AYRIVA platform are owned by or licensed to AYRIVA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AYRIVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
